And remember, these exercises don't have to be high impact either - try walking, yoga and other low-impact exercises.
Eating right doesn't have to be tough or tasteless. Enjoy nutritious food that is also very tasty! And the best part? You can do most of this right at home. Food is medicine for our body, mind, and soul. If you change what you eat, you can change how you feel mentally and physically. Start by making simple meals at home. Then, you may just find yourself falling in love with creating homemade food again (and saving a penny or two in the process).
